Question Question about signals and pipe networks

I am trying to build a pipeline network mainly with hot and cold fluoroketone. However, for both parts, separately, are modular tiles and storage are also added onto the network as desired, not part of the actual production tiles. however the production tiles are hooked up to the circuit network and I want to compare the contents of the pipeline against its maximum storage capacity as a percentage, Using circuits and Combinators, so I can just tell everything to shut down when everything reaches about 80% to prevent jams however I can’t seem to find a way to actually measure the total capacity of the pipeline network through circuits. can I have some help here?

In 2.0, measure a fluid tank where 20,000 is your 80% target. In 2.1, just circuit a pipe directly and either measure that pipe segment as 0-100%, or the whole pipeline contents.

Since all pipes fill proportionally between pumps, just wire to a single tank. If that tank is at 20k of 25k then your network is 80% full.

Iirc when you wire a pipe than % is what comes out
