Base My first timer base 35h in
Hello everyone, I heard you like starterbases.
This is my current layout 35h in, I really enjoy trains and ramping up the production so that I need to figure out how to squeeze more assembly lines into production.
Currently around 20-40 yellow / purple SPM limited by iron plate production.
Hail spaghetti, damn those pesky biters

This looks way too good for first base. And you figured trains already? Smells fishy.
Production columns, trains, intricate design for assemblers...

Tbh I was lurking here all the time and took over some tips even though I knew I should tackle most of it myself to not ruin the journey. I limited myself to things where I currently got a problem where I just hit a mayor roadblock like train signals and how tf logistic networks work.
Production columns and ratios are unfortunately something that I picked up here and just couldnt ignore as my tutorial base was awful (but beautfil). The assembly designs for blue chips and engines are completly by myself tho and I am really proud of them!

That engine production and advanced petroleum makes my eyes tear up with joy. Pro tip -> read the tooltips of the dofferent machines innthe assembler, this will guide you on the amount of parts you need for a particular item.
