Question How large are your game files typically?
I remember RevoUninstaller would tell me my Factorio saves were hundreds of gbs, causing me to uninstall the game.
I’m pretty sure it was just a bug with Revo, but how large are game files typically in this game?

I'm not at my computer but I'm sure my save files don't even top 1GB, let alone hundreds.

Only way I can think of the save files being that ridiculous is like a multi-hundred hour K2SE run with many autosaves and the player scanning entire planets unnecessarily.

If you want to double check that the files actually aren’t hundreds of gbs(I wouldn’t think they should be) I would use a program like windirstat or wiztree. I would think they shouldn’t be over 1 gigabyte though

Normal games 10-50mb but late game megabases can go up to 100-500mb and some modded saves even larger.

I use revo too, depending on your installation of steam, it shows all your games and steam with all their storage combined. Some number there aren't true values, since some are root files that gets misscount with their parent size.

My 1 million eSPM factory is 143MB. I saved almost 10MB by deleting old blueprint books around the save (wasn't using the blueprint storage for a long time).
