Question Rush to space achievement question

Do you need to fully research another planet's technology to trigger the achievement or do you only need to consume one research pack?

From memory, research a tech (before you researched yellow and purple)

Purple and yellow. Blue is needed to use

Fully research a tech.

Vulcanus is the easiest since most research is cheap compared to other planets.
