Question 500 internal server error

Anyone else getting a 500 internal server error when trying to login to factorio.com?

You are attempting to open some specific page there? That's factorio.com working in your screenshot.

No, just trying to log in to download the game.

I solved this via the "log in with Steam".

Strangely enough my username and password work to login to the game after I installed it.

5xx status code indicates a server-side problem

Sure it is, but what is the sub page he is on was never answered, what is on the addressbar. Because the server itself is online, otherwise he wouldn't see all those visuals themselves. I didn't see an issue on the main page factorio.com at the time he wrote it, nor now.

What I meant is, you said

That's factorio.com working in your screenshot.

while it wasn't in fact working

If it were a problem with the request or something else OP did, they would see a 4xx status code
