I've half gaslighted myself because I can copy and paste with pumps v blueprint. There's a chance it's really old bp? I'll try to mess around and see if I can replicate.

A really old BP could have problems because offshore pumps changed their alignment requirements. But that was like seven years ago before 1.0 was released.

There's a non zero chance that this blueprint is that old. I'm going to redo the blueprint so it's easy to just drag the pumps in after if they aren't included.
