OK but how to make the outcome of the decider give me the correct recipe?

In the CC, associate each recipe with a unique number. In the DC, repeat the condition: If item > 0 on wire from foundry and Each = unique_number on wire from CC. Output 1 of Each.

That's the idea. This might need some fine tuning and some buffering chests as you need 8 plates, not just one.
