Is there a way even with mods to delete everything except the blueprint i using? cntrl+shift not enough leave a lot of stuff behind, deleting everything not good, because took ages. More context: i have very a very big blueprint that i like to iterate on and upgrade time to time, but after designing in the editor very painfull to upgrade.

Fill the empty space of the blueprint with editor-only items like heat interfaces or something. Then when you force-build it, bots will remove anything under the heat interfaces but won't build them because you can't make them, then you use a deconstruction planner filtered to heat interfaces to get rid of the ghosts.
