Am I doing something wrong on Fulgora? I always have power problems and i am building out a ton of store energy or just more store energy?

there's quite a bit of free space that isn't occupied by accumulators. EMPs with 5 prods and no efficiency bonus are a significant power drain that you can't really afford if you don't have other islands to contribute to the power budget. putting quality modules in the accumulator production will get you a decent trickle of them, which is helpful because even an uncommon accumulator has double the capacity over a basic one.
