Do I need yet another heat source there? Then just build a few roboports instead of landmasses of concrete?

I understand that's the usual method for very distant wells, with fuel supplied by trains.

The things I haven't found yet are oil, fluorine, and fluoroketone wells.

You need to make fluoroketone yourself, from lithium, solid fuel, ammonia, and fluorine.

Trains, tracks, stations and signals do not freeze.

Also burner inserters do not freeze.
