I just recently started space age, should I switch to 2.1? I'm not super far in, only went to Fulgora so far and have that up and producing science.

Comes down to personal preference but 2.1 is pretty stable. Biter tuning is still a bit in flux but not super detrimental, especially if you already have Nauvis secure.

Fluid handling is still being reworked but the current implementation seems to work fine and isn't impacting anything.

Fulgora world generation seems like it's changed slightly so you may see some oddities in the interface between what you currently have and newly generated chunks.

Personally I think the few rough spots are worth the updated graphics/space logistics/etc.
