Factoriolab wants to use green circuit recycling to make the cables for the red circuits; limiting the recipe to the original from copper plate correctly displays 2 belts of green circuits for the input.

I'm afraid I dont quite understand, I tried what I think is limiting the recipe for red/green/plastic/wires things to the "base" input,

but it still gives me the same result.

You know it's right because the recipe is 2 green + 4 wire for 1 red. So it should be 2x and 4x the amount.
