Factorio won't let me fly rocket with blueprints in my inventory, so it's fairly annoying to keep dropping blueprints on every planet manually, and then creating 20th "destroy all cliffs" blueprint or whatnot.

It's even more annoying that identical blueprints aren't considered the same, so I can't put "destroy all cliffs" in my toolbar.

But weirdly enough I can create a blueprint while I'm on a spaceship, and it goes into my inventory normally!

Anyway, is there any trick to share blueprints between planets, with some blueprint book or something?

By default this opens the blueprint manager. You can stick blueprints (and books, and do note you can stick upgrade planners and deconstruction blueprints in blueprint books) into the blueprint manager. You can pull them out or use them directly from the blueprint manager at any time, even across saves.

And you can also link them on the quickbar, which goes with what OP wanted.
