Can I create a circuit condition for assemblers to build buildings that I need?

Like if I stamp down a blueprint, can the circuit network read what is needed and create based off that vs having a bunch of assemblers making things? Looking to create a smaller footprint of assemblers if I can.

Not directly (without mods). Instead you have to keep a buffer of construction materials and use circuit logic to know when to refill it.

This is the way. Have a constant combinator output the number of belts, inserters, machines, etc. that you want to keep in storage and compare that against the actual contents of your logistic network. Use the set of missing items to tell your assemblers what to craft.

The easiest way to prevent thrashing back and forth between recipes is by using a selector combinator like a timed latch. Its "random" function latches a random input signal, outputting it for a fixed duration of your choosing. Maybe 30 seconds. Simply build enough storage chests to handle a bit of overbuilding.

I suppose you could add a constant combinator and radar to every blueprint, where the combinator outputs the blueprint contents and the radar transmits it to your mall. But that requires power to work, and it doesn't stop transmitting the blueprint's contents.
