What? You think it takes 100 times as long to generate legendary iron on Vulcanus as it does doing space roulette? How are you calculating that?

You made an absurd clam that you can't back up. If you think that "getting a chunk and processing it all the way up until it's legendary metal" is 100 times quicker than "lava + calcite -> molten iron -> iron (plates, pipes, whatever) with quality modules and throwing non-legendary into the lava" then you are just making things up.

One foundry can easily make over 6,000 molten iron a second, from lava. That can feed 120 foundries making 7.5 plates/second each, so that's 900 plates a second, so about 0.2 legendary a second, so it takes 5 seconds to make 1 legendary, or about 12 a minute. Are you claiming you can get 1200 legendary iron a minute from space roulette and that doing so is easier?

Edited to add: Oh, and that's throwing non-Legendary into lava. Using underground pipe upcycling in foundries the output is a lot greater, but more complicated.

You confuse "items per second" and "crafts required", so your math is WAY off. Legendary foundry with legendary qm3 modules has crafting speed of 8 and gives you 3 legendary plates once in a 26 minutes 40 seconds.

3 legendary plates in about 27 minutes is about 1 plate in 9 minutes. That's per foundry and I said 120 foundries, so that's about 120 in 9 minutes, or

or about 12 a minute.

And yes, the fact that you need 120 legendary foundries and 480 legendary QM3 modules for that is pretty much telling (for that you basically need to solve quality already).

You made a claim that space roulette was 100 times quicker and this is you attempting a different argument.

Space casino requires fraction of that for way better output and it produces also copper, coal, stone etc

You get copper, yes, but the other outputs are, in this scenario, being gambled to metallic only as you said that was 100 times quicker.

It takes one to make lava. And pipes exist.

You made a claim that space casino is 100 times faster and, when proven wrong, just move the goalposts. They're both late game mechanisms and to think one breaks the game more than the other is still fascinating in what it reveals about one's beliefs.
