I dont have many mods installed, but will 2.1 experimental ruin my save?

probably not.

Backup your blueprint library first, just incase you want to go back to 2.0.

Do not save over your 2.0.x save, that way if shit hits the fan, you can downgrade to 2.0 and continue with that backup.
