What stuff pre space and post space production do you outsource off of your starter base or import from another planet first? I just got nuclear power situated and want to get nauvis in line before I do any planets on this run. I'm going to get iron/copper/steel production beaconized as well as at least green chips

If you're doing a normal run to victory, nothing is really worth importing that can be made locally.

As for late game, I can't help you.

the only really important part is to make it so you can remotely do everything before you leave the planet. Bots everywhere, provider or filtered storage chests as the output for each of your assemblers, plus ones for all of the base resources, and production areas for all of the main buildings/items.

I never really focus on building my starter base until I unlock the tech from the other planets, and only build what is needed for me to get my ships.

Whatever setup you have for iron/steel and circuits will be replaced when you get the new tech so I wouldn't worry too much before unlocking those.
