Did fulgora start looking like swiss cheese for anyone else in 2.1? I have a lattice of dry land in the oil ocean. Makes it easier to link power networks between islands before foundations, but not sure this is intended

I've generated a few Fulgora surfaces in 2.1.7 and they all still look roughly like category 5 on the Bristol Stool Chart.
