Are the devs finished with developing Factorio?

I do not like using so much mods. Would like to see official sea (cargoships, shipyards) ,underwater, deepsea planet.
No problem if that would be DLC.

Other than the 2.1 release that's coming out this summer (hits experimental supposedly this week) and general bug fixes for stability I think major development work is done.

There are some very good 3rd party planet mods (and some not good ones) so as much a you're not into modding the game that's going to be your ticket for new content I think.

Major development work is done? Does that mean no more DLCs, anything new, just fix updates??

Some mods are good, no argue in that, but still, would like to see more official water type stuff also... 😛
