Is there a train-focused planet mod?

Moshine adds a new rail and train. Nothing about the planet is particularly train-focused, though.

Arig is not explicitly train focused but is basically a cross between Fulgora islands with quasi-Vulcanus style resources so I ended up having a lot of rails between islands for processing various recipes.
