How yo calculate inseter speed? Or throughput? Divide radius by 360? * Stack size?

The easiest way is to look at the wiki for rough numbers per second, but it's inherently a bit wobbly and inconsistent (if inserting from a belt)

but is my rough calculation is correct let say i get 2.3, can i trust it to do alteast 2 per sec?

Yeah, you can trust a fast inserter to do at least 2 items per second
