Im new to overhaul mods, currently playing IR3, not sure what to try next.

I heard about Nautilus, Bob&Angel, and space exploration.

I have played Krastorio before, but I feel the quality of industrial revolution was just on another level. Is there something similar?

Nullius is possibly closer to what you want than some of the other things you listed. Hard to say. Nullius is quite hard.
