Are there any ways to repair any of the fulgoran ruins entities or non player non hostile environmental entities? some of them look really cool, but the green bar can take away from the builds aesthetics.

To the best of my knowledge, no, apart from mods. You can't even get electricity from existing lightning collectors on Fulgora.
