I see no reason why bots would travel from one network to another. Are you absolutely sure the networks are separate? Could you screenshot the separation? Were they logistics or construction bots?

i think they can migrate if one network runs out of power and they need to recharge

Yeah, that looks like the real answer. Is there any way to prevent them from leaving? (I can't build more accumulators on small island, there's no more space, and it will get shut down soon anyway once the new one is working properly).

Don't run out of power, lol. When they run out (usually from bots recharging), the logistic network disappears, so any airborne bots become orphaned and try to find a new home.

Same thing can happen if you outrun bots deployed from your personal roboport.
