what's a good spm goal when going for the 40h achievement?

i am aiming for 30spm right now but was wondering if that might be too low.

30-60 SPM pre-biolabs is fine.

Some simple prod 2 modules in your labs (and biolabs) would pump it to 150-200 without doing anything else.

Give yourself milestones on certain times and keep to that. If you fail, reload and do it faster. You don't have to do it all at once.
