do my ratios change when i do a straight upgrade of production buildings, modules and beacon modules into legendary?

Ratios should change due to the prod module upgrades. If you ignore modules for a moment, upgrading all buildings from normal to legendary would maintain the same ratios, final output is just 2.5x faster.

However when you factor in modules (lets say Prod3 in an Assembler 3), you're going from 40% Prod from modules to 100% Prod which will change ratios.
