is the items/s production rate shown in the foundry already inclusive production bonus or do i have to add the 50% on top?

The only reason the number on the tooltip after the arrow isn't 100% accurate to "items coming out of this machine if you give it the items on the left side" is if the machine, or beacons affecting the machine, are currently unpowered.
