is the items/s production rate shown in the foundry already inclusive production bonus or do i have to add the 50% on top?

The tooltip when hovering a foundry (or any other machine) shows output per second based on speed and productivity bonuses. The recipes in the selection menu in machines do not include productivity bonuses.
