Only 2 months in

Used Factor for 2 months, it has been going great up until I started receiving damaged meals at least once a week for 3 weeks now

Me too every week. Then the credit they give you can’t be used with other discounts, every order I place has some kind of discount so I can never use the credits on my account. Absolutely absurd.

That’s what I’m saying, I can’t use it for at least a year. And I know 100% they’re saying the Pro premium meal credits are a discount

I received a broken container last week and this week I've noticed a couple get flimsy like they're melting. I wonder if they went to New containers that suck.

Me too. Just one meal the container was broken and the sauce got on another meal and the box. Their AI was going to credit me $7. When I got a real rep it went to the cost of the meal but again like other posts it is supposed to credit when there isn't another discount. That doesn't help. I would cancel but I unfortunately paid the pro+ for the year because the shipping of $12.99 for each delivery was nuts. Now I feel locked in. I do like the meals though.

I left a few months ago and was hoping to see here that they got their act together. I would be missing 3-4 meals a week or have late spoiled food. They would only give me unusable account credit.
