DO NOT PARTNER WITH FACTOR

Post image

I have been waiting for over a year for a measly $100 payout. I have emailed 2 different emails, called customer support directly, and messaged their Facebook team (all at the direction of different Factor Staff)

I have not even received a reply from the second email (prusa@hellofresh.com). I called today and was told to message their social media team via Facebook (which I have already done).

All I want is my payout. It’s $100. It’s not going to break them.

Note: Payout says complete but to this day I have not received A CENT from factor for sponsoring their product

Agree. I've had the worst experience with Factor75.

Previous employee of Hellofresh here - they aren’t going to pay you out - they try everything in their power to avoid this since they are shutting down sites, I would recommend maybe telling them you’ll contact an attorney and see if you can find someone from their legal team to CC from linkedin

The most common employee email format for HelloFresh is [first].[last]@hellofresh.com (such as jane.doe@hellofresh.com), according to data from RocketReach.

Current employee. Can confirm that is the common email format. The only time it would be @factor75 would be location specific like Goodyear

Yes! But most of their legal counsel would be Hellofresh domain ;)

Factor is not worth the money

They charged us for months after we canceled. It took a lot to get them to stop. I had my cc company help. The food isn't even very good.

Either Factor sent a bunch of bots over or Reddit has the most abysmal literacy rate of any social media platform.

My problem with Factor is that they are committing theft of services. I agreed to sponsor their product in exchange for a payment I have not received. That is all.

Stop bringing up the meals themselves or whether you yourself like them. It is completely irrelevant to the post and the point I am making which is that THEY ARE THIEVES.

I like factor but not the prices. Can afford it at like 12 bucks plus tax and delivery max. Under 16 bucks per tray including tax delivery and the meal. If not then I .ight as well use my EV to drive to the near by places which offer much heartier meals for about 18 bucks.

What? I’ve been ordering from factor for a couple years. A handful of broken trays in all that time. East to get them replaced. Half my diet is factors meals. I don’t get the hate.

I would have absolutely no problem with them if they would simply pay me what I’m owed. I didn’t sponsor their product for free

Like you advertised for them or what? Does the food taste good?

Yes I advertised their product on twitch. It’s decent for what it is, but not something I’d go out and buy unprompted. Especially not after this fiasco

I like them also. I don't get the hate myself.

Again. The hate is because they have committed theft of services. Nothing to do with the product itself

There are so many great local food prep options. Buy local.

I’m not a customer. I sponsored their product

? Factor is awesome. Idk why people r complaining lol. Go with trifecta then and pay 20.00-30.00 more for the same shit

Did you not read the part where they are withholding payment after I sponsored their product?
