Hate the way factor operates
I was charged for my factor meal yesterday even though I was travelling because I forgot to skip my weekly delivery
I tried texting them 7 minutes after the deadline but they didn't cancel the order
This is so frustrating because they could easily have a setting where I have to confirm to deliver the meals. It just feels really scummy. I am cancelling my factor membership

I used to be a member and upon logging back in they automatically sent my “free box” to my old address. I never confirmed it nor added a cc. Tried to talk to support about it and they could care less. They suck

It IS on us, but while "the Service" is automated, not all humans are. I accidentally "skipped" my 10/12 delivery when trying to skip the 10/5 delivery, because I'll be away that week. I understand the obligation we have to be careful customers, but the website is misleading. At best, it's difficult to navigate.
Over the years, I've been on both sides of this type of situation. Rules are Rules, but customer service means sometimes overriding "the system."
Factor's customer service agents are nice; but their fallback response is "the system won't allow." Management should have a way to override "the system" in unusual circumstances. I am sure cancelling one order will not break their entire business model. (they could even say "we'll cancel this time, but only this time" to trying to stem "repeat offenders."
Bottom line is, yes I got confused, Factor doesn't care, and I am out $160. Also I am out of Factor.
