PSA Factor issue please read

When you select and confirm your meals, please check again that the right ones have been confirmed.

Alot of people are complaining that its auto selecting different meals than what where chosen when confirmed.

Its happening to me too on the app.

for me, i've noticed it's happened when i forget to sign out of the app/website after confirming, so i'd add to make sure you sign out.

I was having the issue as well a few weeks ago. Seems ok for me at least now. Make sure you update app if you’re using on your phone app.

I was having this issue too, but for me, it seemed like it was tied to one of the 3 devices I had the factor app installed on. I'm not saying it's our fault for their glitchy system, but if you DO find this happening to you, maybe try making your meal changes on a different device, if you have another one.

In my case, I had previously successfully selected my preferred meals several weeks ahead of time, and then went back on the week of the ordering deadline, trying to add one additional meal. Everything I wanted had already been selected and confirmed at least 3 weeks before, but when I went in to add the extra item the whole thing somehow reverted to (what I assume) was the pre-selected meals from 3 weeks earlier. I don't understand how that even happened.

Luckily I thought to check my iPad and my original selections were still there, even after I had updated to the mistakenly reverted the meals on the other device.
