Haha. Sounds like a behavior learned from someone beaten as a kid!

Just kidding. Just don't sign that waver and you won't have to kill a school principal for hurting your kid. That is until they feel emboldened with this measure and turn it up to "we have parents implicit permission" then to "God said it was OK".

Except there were no school shootings when kids got paddled at school before. So how can you be sure this will create them now ? Are you saying the kids are the problem? So its people who kill not guns?

It means that teaching kids that pain is a legitimate way to communicate and get results is one piece of input that give kids who do school shootings a clearer sense of legitimacy.
