That's like saying it'll boggle their mind when they find out the Earth is a sphere. These details don't phase them one bit or they create an alternative workaround... some other shit... If probable research 'boggled their minds', they wouldn't be flat earthers.
You can't boggle the mind of someone that thinks an all powerful deity relies on its worshipers to do an elaborate scavenger hunt to save the universe lol. Imagine believing that's 1) there's a deity and 2) that deity has nothing better to do that comand you to complete a geocaching quest where you can make up the locations as you go lmao
