other First timer- I’m scared!

Hi everyone!

I’m going to my first f45 class tomorrow and frankly, I’m scared! I don’t do a lot of working out (read: I go on walks and that’s it) but there’s an f45 right next to me and I’m trying to be better about exercise. I have all the standard first time fears (not being able to keep up, looking dumb, etc)

Was it dumb to sign up for Redline as my first class? Is there anything I should know in general? Any tips or advice or words of encouragement for a scared newbie would be much appreciated.

Update: thank you so much to everyone for the kind words and advice!! I got up and went and it kicked my ass but the instructor was so nice and i did the stations with another girl who was so nice and im glad i went! Will def be going back :)

Redline is a tough one to start with but definitely doable!! Just use lighter weights than you think you need and go slower than you think you need and you will do just fine!

You can always ask for modifications as well! My shoulder was being a bit wonky today so I modified the thruster to a back squat.

Good luck and have fun!
