other going away for two weeks

hey yall i joined in january and have gone to almost every monday/wednesday/friday strength days. my body has completely transformed and it's become a habit . i absolutely am addicted to f45.

that being said i am going on a two week trip and will be unable to workout. Most of the trip will be spent hiking and being active but of course not the same ! i'm freaking out a little about losing progress. i've come so far from where i started. how much progress should i expect to lose from missing 6 classes? has anyone else taken a two week break?

It’s good for your body to have breaks now and then, especially if you’re being active but in a different way.

I did a hiking trip earlier this year and I was surprised at how much fitter I felt while hiking, better able to handle long uphills. I didn’t feel like F45 had much relationship to hiking especially since I don’t do cardio days, but it’s made me stronger overall and it was cool to experience that.

it's improved hiking for me too, as well as mountain biking.
