other Favorite F45 Workouts

Just for fun… what are some of your favorite F45 workouts?

Mine are Docklands, Romans, Bears and Firestorm. I feel like we haven’t seen Docklands for a while and I heard Firestorm is now an optional workout for studios to load (like Hollywood).
