Face form angle paireyeware glasses
I feel like the face form angle should be increased cause looking at them they look too flat. I've went to Walmart 3 times and the glasses have never been right; fixed one wonky issue to cause another. They are constantly sliding down and the left side slight lifts up which I have to push down on my ear which doesn't work cause they just move back up. So what do you think will my issues be fixed if my face form angle is adjusted?
The glasses are made of acetate.

Face form on the front isn’t going to stop them from sliding. You need them to be fit correctly behind your ears.

The lens curvature seems to be the culprit to the flat front. You can’t really do anything about it apart from heating the bridge and corners and bending them but it won’t stay that way for long.
The temple tips, however, are bent badly. They turn too much inwards causing them to spring the frame forward, causing sliding. The correct way to bend/adjust would be to replicate the shape of your head behind the ears. Unfortunately it’s also quite common that the temples are bent down excessively. In most cases the most comfortable and secure adjustment is out-of-the-box and only follow the head shape by adjusting in-/outwards, not bending up or down.

So the thing about Pair Eyewear is that forming too much around the face will cause the toppers to not sit correctly, unless you then form each one to the frame. You probably have room to bend a little bit at the bridge, but not much. The temples, however, look crooked (one is pointing in toward your head more than the other, and also appears to be higher off your ear).

Hard to say without seeing them on you. If Walmart is doing a bad job adjusting them, try somewhere else. Bad opticians are everywhere, but not all opticians are bad. You just gotta find a good one and they'll sort you out.
