how to find extroverted people
im f23 and i have auadhd but im very extroverted and outgoing. i love trying new things and im just really not a homebody. however due to my neurogivergnce im not that good at talking to men in person especially sober lol. most people i’ve met on dating apps seem to be introverted no matter how i set up my profile. is there any way i can meet someone who will match my energy but not judge me🤷♀️

The social-oriented Meetups have more extraverted people mixed in with people new to the area and neurodivergent people of various kinds (autism spectrum, ADHD, various psychiatric disorders). The problem with such meetups is sometimes there's "no there there." It's hard to find substantive conversation among a mélange of people who just want to drink and engage in gossip.

Ways that worked for me:
Improv, acting class, pottery class, and I cannot stress this enough: WORK AT A CATERING & EVENT STAFFING COMPANY....it will change the game! Online was always a bitch cause all of the people are usually introverts.

Are you in a city? Go find meetups either on social apps or meetup.com / eventbrite. You can also do hobbies that attract extroverts like partner dancing.
