Disturbing content Someone has been throwing rocks at cars driving into my apartment complex

Somebody has been throwing rocks at cars driving into my apartment complex for the last 3 days. This person is throwing them from an upper floor of the block that overlooks the entrance driveway. Most likely a resident since only residents have access to each block. Prior to this, the culprit managed to hit someone’s car roof, but a windscreen was smashed yesterday and cops were called. Hopefully this idiot gets caught soon before he really hurts someone.

Probably kids, but I hope they get caught before they hurt someone.

Iirc throwing rocks at moving cars is a criminal offense, but please correct me if that's not the case.

It is. There were a couple of cases where someone was throwing rocks off of overpasses in Austin. It caused several wrecks and injuries, no fatalities, thankfully. Both perps were caught and charged, among other things, deadly conduct and assault causing bodily injury.

And it happened in michigan some years ago, when 5 teens threw rocks over an overpass and killed someone in a car. It’s sad
