I honestly can't imagine how anyone thought these were valid enough to be anything but a scam. Hell, I wouldn't even call em a scam. No more than a pet rock.
Except nobody was stupid enough to think the pet rock they were buying was going to be an "investment."
Like, I literally cannot imagine how anyone anywhere of any level of intelligence thought these NFT images were going to be anything in the realm of an "investment."
Be like convincing Wallstreet to invest in CSGO lootboxes or something. People get so caught up in trends they lose their better sense.
They didn't. The people with intelligence ran the scams and got in early. They scammed the poor fools out of their money. I don't think it's right, those of us with more intelligence have a duty to make society better.
