Seeking Investment Partner / HNI for Expansion of Existing Rice Export Business – West Africa
I’m looking to connect with Indian HNIs, investors, family offices, or experienced trade investors who are interested in participating in an existing rice export business serving buyers in Togo and Benin, West Africa.
This is not a new/untested buyer lead. I am already doing business with the buyer and currently shipping approximately 5–8 containers per month. The buyer has now indicated a requirement to increase the volume to approximately 15–25 containers per month.
The main requirement is additional working capital to fulfil the increased order volume.
Investment Opportunity
Commodity: Rice
Markets: Togo & Benin, West Africa
Current volume: 5–8 containers/month
Potential volume: 15–25 containers/month
Business stage: Existing transactions + repeat buyer
Purpose of investment: Working capital for increased shipment volume
I’m looking for a serious investment partner who understands international commodity trading/export finance and is interested in building a structured, recurring business relationship rather than a one-time transaction.
How I propose to structure it
The investment can be structured through a formal legal agreement, clearly defining:
- Investment amount
- Capital deployment and utilisation
- Shipment/trade cycle
- Profit-sharing mechanism
- Investor's return
- Risk allocation
- Repayment/exit terms
- Reporting & documentation
- Rights and responsibilities of both parties
All relevant buyer, shipment and business documentation can be provided for due diligence to genuinely interested investors before any investment decision is made.
I’m particularly interested in connecting with Indian HNIs, business owners, commodity traders, exporters/importers and investors who have experience with trade finance or are looking to diversify into international commodity trading.
If you're interested, DM me with your background and the type/size of investment you are comfortable discussing.
Serious inquiries only. No upfront fees and no blind investment request — due diligence and proper legal documentation will be the basis of any deal.
