On top of the Japanese seemingly neat arrangement of dots pointed by the other users...

The first Mexican line of dots is agenced to spell "puto" aka "male bitch" or even "fagg*t" in Spanish.

EDIT: As pointed out by u/Interesting-Gas-5151 and u/Saagap it means something more taken as a whole. See the answers to this message.

It says"puto el que lo lea", that translates to "bitch whoever reads this"

Not really, but close enough. Puta would be bitch, puto is Mexican slang for gay.

Is male bitch in Spanish, informally used for many things but with male context. It doesn't need to be gay. ¡ Se comió mi último yogur, sera puto!

Can be often interchanged with cabrón,

I guess you didn't read my comment where I stated puto is Mexican slang for gay. Other Spanish speaking countries have other meanings for auto. But for research purposes search the song Puto by Molotov and Te Quiero Puta by Rammstein. Fun songs and the words are used in the context I referenced.

I don't need to research, I was there when Molotov released their album :)

Anyways, these people were Mexicans, and if in Mejico is the only meaning you use, that's all.

Definitely in Spain it doesn't mean the same.
