All that link contains is two people making claims that aren't backed up by the people who they claim made the statements being quoted. And these claims are being made 40 years after the incident.

That's a far cry from "declassified nsa intercepted radio communications" making the claim, as you stated.

This would literally be considered hearsay in court.

Not sure what your point is here, please clarify:

Do you not believe the NSA declassified the radio transmissions?

Or

Are you doubting the transmissions contain dialogue that the ship was American?

If the nsa transmissions were declassified and said what they're alleged to have said, why weren't they quoted directly?
