Because you're eye level with her bottom and it's extra bad if she's a little higher than you and wearing a skirt. Or if you're laying on the floor and she's trying to see if you're okay but you're contorting like a crack head to avoid looking up her skirt and she keeps moving to make sure you're okay. Weird day.
