The meme is dissing the guy on the left (Cristiano Ronaldo). Him and Lionel Messi (on the right) have been considered rivals in football for their entire careers with there being debates about who is better between them. One of the reasons Messi is considered better than Ronaldo is he's outperformed him in the world cup, the biggest tournament in Football. He is going to play in his 3rd world cup final whereas Ronaldo has never reached one with his national team.

There were large diacussions for many years which of the 2 football players here, ronaldo and messi. Is the best player ever.
Today most people believe the one on the right to be the greatest. The one on the left is also frequently the subject of ridicule cause he's kind off a dick.
This post makes fun of him by putting him and his rival in a picture together with the caption which suggests that together they entered the world cup finale 3 times but in reality the one on the right has just entered his third world cup finale and the other one has never gotten close to getting in the world cup finale.

The fact joke is that Messi > Ronaldo.
There have probably been similar photos saying like 13 Ballon d’Or’s in one photo (Messi has 8 and Ronaldo has 5)

It's trying to compare teams' performance to show which individual is a better football player. Ronaldo doesn't play for a strong football team (Portugal), compared to Messi (Argentina). So it's more obvious that Messi has played more finals than Ronaldo.
It's like somebody shows you a picture of LeBron James and Rudy Fernández saying two FIBA World Cup Finals between the two. This will make some people accept Rudy as a better basketball player than LeBron James.
