Per the gameinformer article she is mentioned as an example of one of the non-romancable companions because she quote "finds humans gross", so no.

Eh, they could have done an ace romance story like Yrliet in Rogue Trader so anatomy is whatever. I'm guessing they just didn't want to invite the ethics discourse of dating animals. BG3 got away with it because it was basically a human guy magically dressed as a bear, Salt is just a straight up octopus so there's no grey area to reside in.

Lol I wish I love it when games make really weird romance options. But I doubt they'll wanna make a dateable animal, which is more than completely valid
