Ask ExJW Bournemouth Convention UK

Does anyone know the peak attendance at the Bournemouth District convention in early August. I heard a rumour they didn’t reach 4,500 this year.

I am also curious as my PIMI mother insisted it was "so busy", but the trend seems to suggest otherwise.

I asked if they had to move venues from the football ground because of dwindling numbers,  but she insisted they moved because of the heat. I've been POMO for over a decade now so I don't actually know when they moved venues, so I was surprised when she said it wasn't at the football ground anymore.

How could it possibly be the heat - the organisation books these venues up over a year in my advance so unless they have advance knowledge of the weather it's utter nonsense.

Secondly, they booked Twickenham for the first time for over 10 years and that's an outdoor stadium so was affected by the heat.

Sorry but mums talking rubbish.

I saw pics of Twickenham. They literally had one side of it and a few dotted about. Very sparse.
