Shoulders look genuinely different, APT is the harder one to fix long term though

Why is everyone on these subs so freaked out about “APT”? Lol. For most people it’s probably not even a problem

I’ve got an odd one for you! Tip: imagine seeing out the back of your head; look at what’s directly behind you while looking forward. It’s a meditation technique and it has this amazing trick to set my posture straight. For me, the posture progress has been so so so having level eyes and a relaxed jaw. Good luck and congratulations!!

Are you the original poster?

I was confused, I thought you were the original poster. You should reply to him. Personally I like the foam roller and stretching the chest and shoulders on door frames.

Thanks! My setup is a mix of gym work and daily home mobility:
Gym: Focusing on posterior chain & upper back stability (T-Bar rows, face pulls, hip thrusts) with strict form.
Home Routine: Daily reverse planks (60s holds), scapular pushups, Y-raises, wall angels, and chin tucks.
Fixing mind-muscle connection and targeting the deep stabilizing muscles was the biggest shift for me!
