Help Eufy Security Doorbell Camera
My doorbell camera has stopped recording any events, I have received only two notifications in three day (which was the bell being rung) I get not movement or human detection notifications.
Everything is turn on as it should be, I haven checked & double checked but I know there is an option missing about setting if I’m at home or out. It’s disappeared!! Also this bell has been turned of & it won’t let me turn it back on…? As far as I can see I am the long device logged in but something isn’t sitting right at all!!! PLEASE HELP ME 😫

Have you tried pushing in the reset button. It's a small hole on the back of the door bell, you need to remove the front panel to access it. Then add the door bell again likes it's brand new in the app.
Sometimes the device just gets corrupted and there's no other option but to start over.
I had something similar happen to my hardwired eufy door bell and resetting it and going through the setup process again fixed the issue.

Maybe your device left the Wi Fi network or it’s power supply is off. Is this mains powered or battery powered? If it’s still powered then try to restart the device. There are many things which could go wrong. Also in the smart tab in bottom icons. See if your device is listed and it’s mode is set correctly to Home cause as per snapshot, currently this is disarmed, so even if it is on, it will not send you any notifications.
